Powered by “When the Levee Breaks,” the clip builds upon the glimpses given at Comic-Con International in July, when Watchmen director Zack Snyder showed off bits of his upcoming film. The trailer sets up the Sucker Punch premise: Baby Doll (played by Emily Browning) is forced into a spooky institution that’s staffed by Russian-accented doctor Madam Gorski (Carla Gugino).
Spectacle ensues after Gorski tells Baby Doll, “What you are imagining right now? You control this world.” Determined to find a way to break free, Baby Doll ends up on a truly insane quest that involves guns, knives, epic battles and at least one dragon.
Sucker Punch opens March 25.
