Inside the Sea Otter Classic, the Juggalo Convention of Bike Races

As far as things you've never heard of go, the Sea Otter Classic is up there with Juggalo conventions in its invisible popularity. This year 65k people descended on Monterey for every sort of biking tomfoolery you can think of -- road races, dual slaloms, criteriums, circuits, etc.
