More than a decade ago, Finding Nemo reminded us why we all loved Ellen DeGeneres. As the forgetful fish Dory, she was sweet, self-deprecating, and just the right amount of funny—just like DeGeneres herself. Now, 12 years later, DeGeneres is even more famous and getting her own Finding film.
And, based on the first trailer for Finding Dory, Pixar is going to give us everything about Ellen that we adore. Set six months after the last installment, the new movie starts with Dory actually remembering something: she has a family. The revelation, which comes to her in a dream, ignites an epic journey not unlike the one that reunited Nemo with his father in Finding Nemo. Except this one will probably involve a lot more confusion. Because Dory.
